We provide commercial and domestic cleaning /end of tenancy cleaning/ graffiti removal/window cleaning/pest control /carpet and hard floor cleaning to both businesses and private customers.

Our Services

Details, scope and pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices may be adjusted if your requirements change.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days. For private customers, payment may be required upfront or on completion. We may charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide safe and reasonable access and let us know about any site-specific hazards, restrictions, or rules.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously. Any personal information you share with us — online, by phone, or in person — is used only to deliver our services, communicate with you, and improve our business.
